Luigi Capasso, Marcello Di Muzio, Gabriella Di Tota, Luciana Spoletini

The authors discuss the differential diagnosis of a lytic parietal bone lesion detected on an Iron Age skeleton from Central Italy. The pathological findings are compared with those of six other cases of hemangioma reported in paleopathological literature.
